A Taste of the TownCongratulations to Chef Dibble Chef Richardson and the Culinary Arts students (Jason Byrd, Juaneshia Terry, Miranda Chance,  Jasmina Warren, Samantha Caulder, Daniel Dibble, Keshawn Covington,  Katelyn Thompson, Alan Moss, Frank Murray, and Travis Stricklin) from The Bagpiper restaurant at Scotland High School for winning the ‘Best Entree’ award at the Taste of the Town fundraiser for the Scotland County Literacy Council.
