On October 14th the culinary program hosted the students from Oban Scotland. The program gave the students a unique experience by providing the students with a cooking lesson where the students actually prepared their own lunch and got to enjoy the results from the lesson. The lesson included a demonstration of how to prepare Chicken Florentine, sautéed squash, and rice pilaf from the Bagpiper Restaurant’s menu. The Oban students had a great time and it was a memorable experience. Each group stated that the dish they prepared was delicious!
