Congratulations to “The Bagpiper” who received a grade “A” on their health inspection on Tuesday, February 9, 2016. Thanks to the dedication and hard work of Chef Steven Dibble, Chef Sam Richardson, and the culinary students, the health inspection was a perfect score of 100%. Additionally, the health inspector commented on how very impressed he was with the operation and the professionalism of Scotland High School Culinary Students.
The Bagpiper is a school-based enterprise located on the Scotland High School campus and is a part of the Career and Technical Education Program. Hours of operation are Tuesday-Thursday, from 8:15-1:45 p.m. for take-out and dining. Catering events are also available.
